As the title suggests it has been booked for 16th October.

A night of camaraderie, food, para-bollocks, drinking, singing till the early hours.

Being in the middle of nowhere surrounded by trees where they cant hear you scream, never mind singing badly or snoring loudly.

So bring your own evening food and drink, charcoal and BBQ’s provided. The Big Breakfast to bring you back to the real world will be provided too (Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Tomato, Beans, Mushroom, Black pudding, White & Brown Bread)

This event is open to everyone, members, partners, children, farmers, friends, and neighbouring clubs. Anyone with anything musical then bring it along.

There is no charge for this event, we will however have a donation tub with the aim of paying for next years event. So far the BBQ has been self sufficient and hopefully this will continue.

Hot running water, showers and electricity, there are around 20 bunks across 2 shared rooms for those who need them (please put your name on this thread to reserve a bunk), loads of room for tents and limited room for vans.

Hopefully it might be the year to get a fly.

I’ll be at Milkhope tomorrow for half twelve and will leave the gate open. If anyone is heading up for a bike ride in the afternoon please let me know. I’ll be taking the charcoal.
