Why Cumbria has chosen such a late date in the season beggars belief :???: Err obvious really, Lambing and then the LCC in June, it was felt that a late date was the way to go for Cumbria and better for our sites. Also there is talk of having a social in the evening, a big barbie or something. Surp...

Not a nice one to watch this. Adrian is one of Dan's best mates (LCC speed flyer) and had this accident a couple of years ago. Chris's assesment of the incident is correct, it was a collapse with out correction which lead to the crash. Adrian decided to post the video after he had recovered (well go...

Hmmm, the only cool thing about this video is the temperature! 500ft rule broken through out the video, buzzing people out for a nice walk in the snow and scarring wild life. Pilots like this only confirm that many PPG pilots are irrespocable. Should send the vid to the CAA and see what they make ab...
Good effort guys, respect 8) Shame you did not get to fly but you've got to be in it to win it! Good luck in the Coe tomorrow, it could be epic for speed flying with the lifts running. If anyone is around the Lakes whilst the snow's about and wants to play, then I have got two portable ski lifts run...

Just to be clear the BHPA insurance is third party and the BMC cover was for accident. Although an E111 will cover you for medical treatment whilst in Europe that's it, if you rescued off a hill side then there may be many extra expences which with out insurance you may well have to pay. Remember th...
