Anyone fancy France in September. Two up for it so far, but the more the better.
I was thinking of about 2 weeks, driving down and Dover Calais ferry.

With the XC season nearly upon us, I was just wondering how everyone navigates. I use the old fashioned folded airmap, whichis great for the smaller XC, but a bit of a pain if you fly off the end of the fold. Wish I had had a camera there today. He took off, did a circuit and crossed the runway at 90 degrees just below the hanger. The engine cut and we all ran for cover before the engine picked up again and he gradually climbed out to just clear the trees. Dave Hume still had the shakes half an hour later.
