Gary if you tell me that it was a 15k Triangle then that's good enough for me mate. Wish you could have shared this flight with us.

Xfell is probably still offering the conditions for a great flight as I type...

Optimise Track for Triangle

Finally for the first time this summer managed to be in the right place at the right time. :o Only one problem... Not sure how to get the XC League thingy to score the flight as a FAI Triangle as I think I might of fullfilled another goal that I've always dreamed of... getting a 15k on XFell!!! 8) S...

Flying the Cheviots during August Bank holiday

Thinking of flying in the Cheviots during August Bank holiday.

I know it's a bit off to tell what the weather will be like, however which are the best sites to try weather permitting near Alnham.

Bit early to tell yet! :oops: No wind down in the valley, the high cloud looks W. Will post again about 0930 if people are interested. Just had a look at towards Lakes and would guess the cloud in the central Lakes is touching the water! :???: It doesn't always get across the valley though thankfull...

I hope it works for you too, keep me up to date with how it goes. Be careful with any of your mega flights as the software is only at Version 0.04!! Until they put a 1.0 it's still in testing, I haven't been able to break it yet!!! Usually good at breaking things.... :oops: I've put it on paraglidin...
