Well, didn't I miss an interesting meeting. My apologies for my absence from the meeting to begin with, as was previously mentioned, I have other hobbies as well as paragliding & unfortunatly I was walking/mountain biking over in the Lakes when the meeting was taking place. I've been in the sport for a year now & still never seen an air map (not that I've needed to though) so it sounds like a good idea to me Gary.

I forgot to mention this earlier as I found it on the 23rd March, put it in my bag & forgot about it.
If anyone has lost one or knows who has I await a description to hopefully return it to its rightful owner.

So lambs are afraid of paragliders but not multi-million pound fighter planes...

I've got my hands on a Brauniger IQ One & was wondering if anyone attending the next meeting (April 4th) can help me with setting it up (setting it to the correct altitude, etc). It came with instructions & I've had a go but if anyone has one or knows the set up it's more sociable & beat...

I know a little of how you feel, I've just bought a second hand Brauniger vario & it might as well have a Chinese instruction manual.
I'd love to help but all I can do is sympathise.
