We have ALL had a great time. The weather was tricky and very stable but we made the best of it. Flying on El Bosque on the tandem was the best conditions I have ever flown in. Absolutely delightful. We used free flight academy for the second year and we will all be booking with them for the next tr...

It's a fun thing to do. Great exercise and somewhere to share opinions and encourage each other. It also surprised me ground handling other wings how difficult they can be to launch due to their aspect ratio. we should meet more often. As a club we agreed that we should encourage everybody to post their opinions on weather and site that might be flyable. Most people follow the experienced pilots and we all agree that is ok. We don't mind people leechin...

The frustration of paragliding

First time for me on a work trip to the Annecy area, and what excitement was brewing inside of me as only you pilots will know. Bags packed including glider of course, insurance purchased ( not cheap ) and the day dawned so climbing into the taxi I was that excited I could burst( 5:00am). This excit...

Hi Brian. Still undecided where to go. Rasp is showing five stars early afternoon with a southerly direction. Very little wind so might still try crossfell but I might end up at staggs fell as it is five stars too. I will decide on the day.
