I'll second that Chris. I'm not sure where to start? Amazing acro, speed flying, music, weather and banter. The crack in the car and the post flight pub was just hilarious. Round the camp fire with Kay, Anto, Bill (Chubby Brown) Scott and Jim singing. Boogying with Naomi, Chris and Jan until dawn. F...

Cheers guys, but for a small navigating error Jan would have been 2nd and Kay probably 3rd. So I was lucky. Great flying by both lasses on day one with Jan making goal and Kay missing out by a field, whopping my effort. Both made goal on day 2. You were both robbed. I messed up day one so thought i ...

I must say I'm a bit disappointed at Neil for videoing my morning exercises. Man boobs are a real issue and not one to be laughed at!

I would like to discuss this as being so green to the sport I am not wholly sure. A chat is probably the best way. Every day and every cloud is different and i should have got my self next to some experienced people to listen to discussions on the day. I didnt. Just looking for more knowledge to bas...

Flying Near Big Clouds

This is posted on the CSC forum and a timely reminder of what can happen. The flight trace at the bottom of the page is interesting too. http://www.poweredparaglidingontario.com/weather/sucked_in.htm Now for the elephant in the room: This weekend I felt a bit uneasy about flying due to the size of t...

Storm in a tea cup, in the same vane as climbers and walkers in flip flops, untrained sailors navigating with a road atlas etc. Tomorrows chip paper. You will always get accidents by adventurous individuals who are prepared to give something a go. The public are more switched on than you think in my...

When i flew to Whitby it was the first time past Saltburn for me, so i dont have much experience on that route. He discusses british conditions and has some interesting theories on flying for duration. He uses simple language and is very r...
