Do you guys still use this to sort out where to fly, or have you migrated to telegram / WhatsApp or something. I am visiting Consett for a few days and wouldn't mind getting out. cheers P

Gary is spot on with impingement. Basically we fly in the ABER position (abduction - external rotation) - a position which is used to check for impingement.
