Hi Cheele, Garmin are good, as are the top end Fitbits. The Suunto Spartan is excellent but not cheap! I use an Epson SF-810 for MTB and general tracking - also use this as a back up when flying - start it and forget - it a good accurate tracker and you can export the files to upload into XC or Goog...

Has anyone attempted to fly the back ridge? It should take a wsw'ly, has a limited bottom landing, but looks very soarable - but possible rota from a few places.

apps at 1.99 can't be bad - the I vairiomter os very good, the wind speed app is excellent - more accurate than some anamoeters.
