I turned up at Millers leap about 2pm, and took of 20 minutes later. The wind was already of to the South, although it was still flyable, and as Chris says quite lifty. I was well out over the road at about 170ft ato. Wind continued to back, so that it was almost blowing straight along the hill.... ...

Well done to all of those who took there Pilots and Advanced pilot exams last night. The people whos answer sheets I saw certainly seemed to have done well. And many thanks to Ian Miskin for all of the hard work put in in preparing people.... the lectures and the exam papers were extremely usefull! ...

I have in my grubby paw all of the pilot exam papers for this weeks exam. Dont panic.... if you went to Ians lectures and have done a bit of reading you will have no problems.
