Step 1

First you need to be registered into the forum

Step 2

Goto the XC league

Step 3

Mouse over Main menu (see picture #1) and click "submit flight"

Step 4

(see picture #2) Browse to your IGC file on your PC.
Name of your glider i.e. Airwave Sport3
Click "press here to submit flight"

Done.
