The principal of using the notam system is sound,however as it is rarely my plan to be flying in the same location for the day I very rarely do it. Maybe it it because he did not down load his Friday Flight ttill the next day and did not notice that the system double guesses. I know for a fact he was there on Friday.

I agree with you John, and it may well come with a bit of time, there was a bit of resistance to this in the CSC - not to the principle but the fact that it can or could become a beast to manage. You guys seem to do OK but it is not without its problems.

I have just been reliably informed that my trip out of the lakes this week is the earliest recorded 100km scoring flight. It also happens to be the longest flight from the lakes beating the distance set last year.
